Canadian Rockies Bass Bash is pleased to announce Western Canada’s first Bass Bash. The event will be held Saturday, April 10th, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Carriage House Inn, 9030 Macleod Trail South, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

The one-day clinic and all-star jam is an opportunity for musicians to interact in an informal, casual setting with some of the top bassist and builders in the business. Guests will get insight into their philosophies, strategies, techniques and more!

“Sessions will cover a broad selection of musical styles and will appeal to everyone from beginners, to students, to professional musicians,” said Randy Gray, President and CEO, Canadian Rockies Bass Bash. “A $65 ticket includes admission to the clinic and all-star jam as well as an opportunity to win tons of door prizes. Sheldon Dingwall - Winner of two NAMM Outstanding Tone Awards in 2009 and Canada’s own premier bass builder.

Mike Dimin - Author, columnist and supreme musician, Mike literally wrote the book on the art of the solo bassist.

Cameron Hood - Juno-nominated artist, bass instructor at Douglas College and professional performer since the age of twelve.
