Alien Acoustic Stage Bass Left-handed and Fretless

The 4-string Alien Acoustic Stage Bass can sound-wise be categorized as in between an electric and an upright bass. The instrument has many ways for musicians to express themselves, and the sound possibilities have been broadened. The unconventional design of the cutaways and the asymmetrical sound hole all contribute to the uniqueness and the warm tone of this bass. Top and back of the Alien are laminated to increase its stability. This lends this bass the ability to excel on stage. The sound of the Alien is expressive, dynamic and strong, and it has a punchy and powerful tone that covers the complete frequency spectrum of electric and upright bass.

The Alien comes with the Fishman Prefix Plus electronics system. With its variable notch filter, a phase switch and controls for bass, treble, presence as well as semi- parametric contour, there are many sound possibilities available to be dialed in. A low battery? An indicator informs you in a timely manner about the failing capacity of the 9-volt battery.
