Eden Introduces the New All-Tube Bass Head and 810 Cabinet

March, 2008

Eden Electronics, the leader in bass amplification technology, proudly introduces our E300T all-tube bass amplifier and the E810V4 8 x 10 cabinet.

Our new all-tube E300T amplifier ($1699.90) is the perfect blend of old and new. And made for those who always loved that old-school tone, but hated the expense and hassle.

We started with a classic, streamlined control set, then updated it with Overdrive switch to add extra grit from the preamp tubes and a Mid Shift switch (500Hz and 2.2KHz). The power section features a six-pack of KT-88s packing a 320W RMS/700W Peak wallop (@ 4 or 8 Ohms). Then we addressed the two major problems with tube amps. Allow us to explain:

If a tube fails, no problem. The rear panel allows for easy bias adjustment for changing out or re-tubing the amp. No need to purchase a matched pair when you can match a single tube with the existing tubes. Biasing of the tubes is done with an inexpensive meter available at any hardware or electronics store and is uncomplicated and straightforward with the included instructions.

Other features include, -10dB Input Gain pad, 1/4" and NL-4 speaker output jacks, DI and tuner outs,  Footswitch for Mute and Overdrive, 8/4 ohm selector, and bias adjustment section. Then we put it all in its own rugged, fan-cooled road casing with flow-through ventilation, just like the old days.

Let’s re-cap. Killer old-school tone. Massive power. Perfect bias every time. And easy, cost-effective maintenance. Beauty and the Beast, all in one.

The E810V4 ($1299.90) is a brand new twist on the classic ‘70s 8x10 cabinet, yet it’s 1/3 smaller than its predecessors. Bass Guru David Nordschow accomplished this magic by creating an all-new bass reflex cabinet design, which offers all the tone you want combined with wonderful mobility. With power handling of 1000W RMS, the D810 is a perfect match for the WT800C and WT1205.
