One of the leading bass amplification manufacturers is presenting a weekend of musical instruction at Bass Player LIVE! in Hollywood, CA this weekend. Hartke will be sponsoring various workshops and appearances on October 20th and 21st featuring some of music’s biggest players, including Marco Mendoza (Thin Lizzy), Nate Watts (Stevie Wonder), Pancho Tomaselli (Philm/War), Phil Buckman (Filter), Joey Vera (Armored Saint/Fates Warning), and renowned bass instructor Stu Hamm.
Also appearing are the original Metal Masters bassists from Megadeth and Anthrax, Dave Ellefson and Frank Bello respectively, at an exclusive clinic scheduled for Sunday, October 21st at 11AM at SIR Studios. This clinic will feature Ellefson and Bello teaching their trademark playing styles. The bassists will also discuss the importance of their rigs and how they came to partner with Hartke to find their signature tones that they use in front of millions of fans today. This is the first time the bassists have done a clinic together since the Metal Masters 3 event at the Key Club in April and still has people talking about it today.
