down at Gearfest 2011. |
Head to Sweetwater’s campus in
Fort Wayne, Indiana, on June 23–23, for
the annual GearFest—the nation’s largest
music/pro audio exhibition that is open to
the public, and completely free of charge!
More than 200 manufacturers will be
on site, offering a rare opportunity for you
to not only see demos and get your hands
on hundreds of guitars, amps, pedals, mics,
keyboards, drums, mixers, P.A. systems,
studio gear, and software, but to talk
directly to product experts, designers, and
manufacturer reps. There are also two full
days of seminars, clinics, workshops, and
performances, including appearances by
Thomas Dolby, Jeff Loomis, George Massenburg,
Dave Weiner, Lee Roy Parnell, Paul
Reed Smith, Paul Pigat, Craig Anderton,
Mitch Gallagher, and dozens more. Plus,
New York-based engineer/producer Fab
Dupont will hold two amazing sessions where
he tracks, mixes, and masters a complete
recording by a live band.
