The Real World: Introduce Yourself!

Introduce YourselfFor over 20 years, Bass Player has introduced readers to the baddest bassists on the planet. While high-profile records and tours give some sense of the immense talent out there, we know that for every rock star or jazz legend, there are thousands of devoted bass players honing their craft in churches, clubs, bars, and wedding halls around the world. If that sounds like you, we want to hear it!

Starting in the February issue of Bass Player, THE REAL WORLD will profile two players who keep it real on the local level. To introduce yourself, send the following form to bprealworld@gmail.com, along with a digital photo of yourself holding or playing a bass. Please make sure the photo is roughly 5x7 at 266 dpi in size, and attach the file as a .JPG, .TIFF, .PDF, .PSD, or .EPS. Thanks ... nice to know you! —Brian Fox
