Bass legend Jack Bruce was an avid Warwick artist. He would have turned 75 on 14th May 2018. On 24October 2015, the first anniversary of Jack Bruce’s passing, his daughter Natasha Bruce – better known musically as Aruba Red – produced together with her mother Margit Bruce Seyffer a tribute concert in the London Roundhouse in memory of her father. Well-known artists such as Ginger Baker, Ian Anderson, Mark King, Phil Manzanera, Vernon Reid and Joss Stone took part in the event, which raised over £35,000 for Jack’s chosen charity to the children’s hospice, called EACH, in the UK.

On 14th May 2018 the screening of the film of the 2015 concert took place at the Curzon Cinema in Mayfair. Natasha Bruce’s sister Kyla Simone Bruce directed the film.

Part of the buffet of the event was a cake in the form of a Warwick bass (see photos attached to this press release, kindly provided by Natasha Bruce).
