Aided by Norwood Fisher and members of Parliament–Funkadelic and Kool & the Gang, Mike Zabrin and his Warwick work both ends of the spectrum, from sexy and soulful on the slow-grooving “Cat & Mouse” to fast and furious on the high-tempo slapathon “Fact Fiction.”
