The Warwick/Framus Idolmaker bass first debuted at Winter NAMM last year, and now the German luthiers have announced a Rockbass version that will cost around $1250. Its angled mahogany body comes with passive MEC single-coil pickups and an active EQ. It also has a bolt-on maple neck, a wenge fingerboard and a traditional Warwick bridge.
