This track features the formidable keyboardist George Whitty (Michael Brecker, Dave Sanborn, Santana, Brecker Bros.) and the legendary jazz fusion drummer Tom Brechtlein (Chick Corea, Robin Ford, Wayne Shorter, Al DiMeola).

Joe Hubbard is considered by many to be one of the most influential bass guitar educators in the world. With over three decades of real-world experience as a player and teacher, Joe, who is known as “The Teacher to The Pro’s” has taught some of the biggest bass names on the planet, including Pino Paladino, Paul Turner (Jamiroquai), Michael Mondesir (Billy Cobham) and Dave Swift (Jools Holland).

London based bass player Joe Hubbard’s professional background is represented by a collective body of experience that spans over more than three decades as an internationally acclaimed bass guitarist, teacher/clinician and contemporary jazz fusion recording artist.

Joe majored in Jazz Composition and Bass Performance at the prestigious Berklee College of Music. Since leaving Berklee, Joe studied jazz improvisation privately with jazz guru Charlie Banacos for ten years.

Aside from playing with some of the top jazz musicians on the planet including Flip Nunez, Richie Cole, Jim Mullen, Dick Morrissey, Dave O’Higgins, Frank Gambale, Patches Stewart, Mose Allison, George Benson, Ian Carr’s Nucleus, Dave Garabaldi (Tower of Power) Walt Fowler and Dave Weckl- Joe is also a well-known recording artist where he has written, arranged and co-produced three internationally recognised jazz fusion CDs.

Joe has also been acknowledged by music business insiders as the premier bass guitar teacher in the UK having taught some of the most prestigious bass players in the business including Pino Palladino, Paul Turner (Jamiroquai), Mike Mondsir (Billy Cobham) and Dave Swift (Jools Holland). He is also a published author having penned one of the best selling (over 300,000 copies worldwide) bass guitar books ever – Basslines!
