Guitar Player, Bass Player, Keyboard, and Electronic Musician Magazines to Co-sponsor Public Day at 2011 Summer NAMM
NewBay Media’s Music Player Network division of musician-targeted consumer magazines, in a joint effort with NAMM, will be providing additional promotional efforts for NAMM’s Wanna Play Music Day, which will be held Saturday, July 23 during Summer NAMM (July 21-23, 2011) in Nashville.
In addition to promoting the event to more than 1,000,000 combined musician subscribers each month in print and online, each of the magazines will offer a free 3-month subscription to Wanna Play Music Day ticket buyers and will participate in creating consumer clinics, master classes and themed events for the public visiting the show on Saturday.
“For years, the mystique of NAMM has thrilled all musicians from seasoned players to obsessed enthusiasts to starry-eyed beginners,” says Music Player Network Editorial Director Michael Molenda. “it should be no surprise the MPN reader communities are eagerly awaiting Wanna Play Music Day.
